Lahabrea’s eyes flicked over to Hades to make meaningful eye contact. Hades widened his eyes behind Prometheus’ back, raised his brows, and hand signaling as quickly as he could that Prometheus had no fucking idea what was going on with any of this so please be cool.

“He’s always doing weird experiments at the Akademia,” Hades said.

Lahabrea just nodded and shrugged. “Aether is a little different here, if you haven’t noticed,” Lahabrea supplied naturally. And that wasn’t a lie, but it was also the ascians fault. “But I had something for you, by way of apology,” Lahabrea then produced a little necklace with a red stone.

Hades raised his eyebrows.

Hades looked down at himself and shrugged. “My island.”
