Prometheus felt something in him relax at Hades's grouchy response. He hadn't changed at all.
"If I don't make you work harder, all you do is laze about," he teased, nuzzling Hades's palm with his snout. It was a bit strange, trying to be affectionate in a dragony way, but with Hades it felt entirely natural. They always did seem to click, despite butting heads so often.
At the sudden teleport - a strange teleport, one that bypassed the Lifestream entirely and filled his aethersense with impressions of purple haze and shadows - he smelled sea breeze and felt sand beneath his claws. He made a startled noise, his wings flaring out a little before they settled around him once more, his feelers flicking upright to get a better look of his surroundings.
A small island, deep in the ocean. It brimmed with water-wind aether, the beach teeming with marine life. He rose to his feet, his muscles feeling stiff as he walked for the first time in probably decades, lumbering in a slow, swaying gait resembling that of a prowling leopard as he did a very careful, tight circle around Hades, clearly mapping out a clear image of his immediate surroundings.
"...is this your own island?" Prometheus asked. The whole place stank of Hades's aether, mingled with Something Else. That 'something else' teased at his memory, but he couldn't pinpoint it for the life of him. He came to a stop in front of Hades, his feelers flattening back along his skull as he swung his head towards his partner.
